Submission and Workflow

Manuscripts should be submitted through the TPHJ online submission system, which will be linked from the journal’s official website when available. First-time users will be asked to create an account with basic contact details. During submission, authors will enter the article title, abstract, keywords and author information; choose the appropriate article type; and upload the main manuscript file, title page, tables, figures, supplementary files and cover letter.

Until the online submission system is fully operational, TPHJ welcomes submissions by email to the editorial office at editor@tazeezjournal.com. Authors will receive a confirmation of receipt and a manuscript reference number via email.

After submission, manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening, followed by double-blind peer review when appropriate. Decision letters, including reviewers’ comments where applicable, are sent to the corresponding author. For revised submissions, authors should upload or send a tracked-changes version of the manuscript and a separate clean version, together with a detailed response to reviewers. Once a paper is accepted, it proceeds to copy-editing, typesetting and proofing. The corresponding author will be asked to review page proofs and correct any typographical errors, but major changes at this stage are discouraged. The final, approved version will then be published online within three days of acceptance.
