Peer-Review Policy
All manuscripts submitted to TPHJ are subjected to an initial editorial assessment for scope, originality and basic quality. Manuscripts considered suitable are then sent for double-blind peer review by at least two experts in the relevant field, meaning that both reviewers and authors remain anonymous to one another. Reviewers are asked to comment on the scientific quality, originality, clarity, ethical aspects and relevance to public health. The Editor-in-Chief or handling editor makes the final decision to accept, invite revision or reject a manuscript, taking into account the reviewers’ comments and the overall quality and contribution of the work.
