Against Plagiarism and Research Misconduct

Authors must ensure that the work they submit to TPHJ is entirely original and that any content taken from other sources is properly cited and, where necessary, quoted. Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate submission, data fabrication, data falsification and inappropriate image manipulation are not acceptable. The journal may use plagiarism detection software to screen manuscripts. If potential misconduct is identified, the editorial office will follow recognised guidelines (such as those from the Committee on Publication Ethics, COPE) which may include seeking explanations from authors, contacting institutions, rejecting the manuscript or retracting a published article.
