Editorial and Peer-Review Policy

All submissions are initially screened by the editorial team to ensure suitability for the journal, originality of the work and basic methodological and ethical soundness. Manuscripts that pass this initial screening are sent for double-blind peer review, in which reviewers and authors remain anonymous to one another. At least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise are invited to evaluate each article. The Editor-in-Chief, or an assigned handling editor, makes the final decision based on the reviewers’ reports and the quality and relevance of the work. Possible decisions include acceptance, revision (minor or major) or rejection. Authors invited to revise their manuscripts should respond to all reviewer comments in a clear, point-by-point response letter and submit a revised version with changes clearly indicated.
